UK jails man for hacking Facebook account

409-Police say a 21-year-old British man has been sentenced to a year in jail for hacking into the Facebook account of someone in the U.S. Scotland Yard said Wednesday that Gareth Crosskey had hacked into a private individual's Facebook account on Jan. 12, 2011. It said the breach was reported to the FBI, which traced the source of the hack to the U.K. and Scotland Yard's e-Crime unit tracked down the suspect.

Bank group expands student-loan business

Tijdens de succesvolle operatie "Top Kill" werd zware modder gespoten in de opening waaruit het gas ontsnapte. In totaal heeft het lek 300 tot 400 miljoen euro gekost aan Total. Op 25 maart werd een groot gaslek vastgesteld onder het booreiland Elgin. Van op een diepte van 5.000 meter ontsnapte een grote hoeveelheid erg ontvlambaar en giftig gas.

Rehab Group to create 400 jobs

The independent, not-for-profit organisation will fill another 350 posts at facilities across the UK, Poland and in the Netherlands. Rehab provides training, employment, health and social care and commercial services for 56,000 people each year, including the disabled and marginalised. The new posts will be in training, education, social care, IT, sales, management and administration.
